Ingredients
| Bread fruid | 1 Kg |
| Corriander powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Chilli powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Crushed pepper | 1 1/2 teaspoon |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Oil | 1/4 cup |
| Mustard | 1 teaspoon |
| Big onion | 4 nos |
| Ginger | 1 small piece |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Garam Masala | 1 1/2 teaspoon |
| Curry leaves | 2 stakes |
| Coconut | 1/2 piece |
| Salt | to taste |
Method
Remove the skin of the bread fruit and cut it in medium sized square pieces.
Also cut big onion in medium sized square pieces.
Crush the garlic with skin and chop the ginger into small strips.
Boil the water and add bread fruit, turmeric powder, chilli powder, corriander powder and salt.
Cook it well and drain the remaining water.
Heat the oil, pop mustard, add onion, ginger, crushed garlic, curry leaves and coconut.
Mix and fry them until the the onion turn golden brown
Then add bread fruit, garam masala and crushed pepper. Fry it for 2 minutes and serve hot.
