Ingredients
| Soya Beans | 1 Cup |
| Big Onion | 1 Nos |
| Tomato | 1 Nos |
| Ginger | 1 Small Piece |
| Garlic | 3 Cloves |
| Cummin Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Turmeric Powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Coriander Powder | 1 1/2 teaspoon |
| Pepper Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Garam Masala | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Chilli Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Green Chilli | 2 Nos |
| Coconut Milk | 1 Cup |
| Coconut Oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Corriander Leaves | 1 bunch |
| Salt | To taste |
| Sugar | 1 pinch |
Preparation
Sock the soya beans for 8-10 hrs. Cook the socked soya with salt.
Heat oil in a kadai, add cummin powder, pepper powder. Heat it for a minute. Then add crushed garlic and chopped ginger. Saute this mix for 2 minutes.
Add corriander powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder to the above mix. Fry this for 2-3 minutes.
Add minced onion and then continue to fry the mix till the onions become transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes, continue to fry until oil separates.
Add soya beans, garam masala and coconut milk. Boil it till the gravy becomes thick.
Remove from fire, add the corriander leaves and a pinch of suggar.
