Ingredients
| Cabbage | 1cup |
| Red capsicum | 1/2cup |
| Yellow capsicum | 1/2 cup |
| Green capsicum | 1/2 cup |
| Sugar | 2 tsp |
| Vinegar | Small quantity |
| Pepper powder | 1 table spoon |
| Oil | 1 table spoon |
| Walnut | 1/4 cup |
| Salt | To taste |
Method
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add chopped green capsicum , fry for some time, remove the capsicum.
Add chopped cabage on the same oil along with sugar and vinegar. Fry for some time, and add pepper powder.
Remove the kadai from fire. Add chopped yellow capsicum, red capsicum, salt, walnut and mix well.
