What does this mean?

NRIs and NRIs

There are basically two types of NRIs (Non Resident Indians)
One: Never Returning Indians
Two: Not Required Indians.
The first category is the rich NRIs who settle elsewhere, mainly in European and American countries. They enjoy their life in their living countries and never bother to send money to the family ('coz the whole family is living there!!!).They never return to India. So they are offered Overseas Citizenship. Let them enjoy Indian citizenship elsewhere and be a proud Indian.
